  • Original Condition: Returned jewelry must be unworn, in its original presentation box, with all certification tags intact.
  • Free Returns: We provide free return shipping labels for all qualified refunds.
  • Custom Engravings: Custom-engraved rings are final sale and cannot be returned (resizing is available).
